Reduce Data on Dashboard Graph

In a dashboard graph, the legend (key) is interactive. Each value shown in the legend—represented by a colored box and label—corresponds to a data series currently included in the graph. To remove one of those values from the graph: 1. Locate the legend on the graph (it may appear beside or below the chart). 2. Click directly on the colored box or label for the value you want to hide. 3. The legend entry will update visually (often showing a subtle white “X” or a faded appearance). 4. The graph automatically redraws, excluding that selected value from the display. This action works like a temporary filter: * No data is deleted. * The underlying report is unchanged. * You can click the same legend item again at any time to re‑include the value. This feature allows users to quickly focus on specific data points or compare subsets of data without editing the report or dashboard configuration.
