Special Functions in Form Generator

Did you know you can add special functions to form generator to dynamically insert date, page number, page count and other values into your Form Generator document? Available functions include Date, Date and Time, Page Number, Number of Pages, External ID, Name, and User ID. These variables are typically inserted into the Page Footer of Form Generator. Here is how to do it: 1. Access form generator from any report. 2. From the form generator build window, add a text box to the area you want to insert the special function 3. within the text box, enter the special function.
