Unique Records

Simplify large datasets into usable results with Unique Records. The Unique Records option helps condense duplicates into a single row—but only when the selected columns support it. To turn this feature on, simply navigate to a report, select advance options, then click the Unique Records option and execute the report. If you click Unique Records and still see the same number of rows, it means each row is actually unique due to differences in at least one column. To make this feature work effectively, reduce your report to only the essential fields.
