Spring Cleaning on Pinned Reports

As an administrator, have you noticed there may be hundreds of pinned reports saved in the application, but you're not sure if they are running or run very often? We have reports to help you audit the use of pinned reports. Within the Site Administration Application, navigate to the Information Menu. Within that menu is the Pinned Reports audit. This will show you all reports that have been pinned, if it is a group report, who it was created by, who last executed it. As an administrator, you have the ability to delete pinned reports if you determine they are not necessary. But its probably a good idea to ask first!
