Review Page Access

As an administrator, do you want to know who has security access to a specific reporting page in FAST? Every report includes an Administration tab that is visible to administrators. This tab is typically found within the +More menu. Scroll to the bottom of this tab, and you’ll find two key sections: Menu Access by User and Menu Access by Role. Menu Access by User: Expanding this section shows a complete list of individuals who can run the report. Menu Access by Role: Expanding this section displays all roles that grant access to the report, helping you understand which permissions are driving user access.
