Release 5.1.04 Budget Application Changes

The 5.1.04 upgrade contains substantial changes within FASTBUDGET. The upgrade addresses a long-standing issue with Fiscal Year and Chart filters, which previously disrupted the use of pinned reports, dashboards, and other baseline functionality. The upgrade removes the Fiscal Year/Chart from the opening page and, in most reports, makes it a required filter. These changes pave the way for our developers to improve the application in the coming year.
