Release 5.1.04

The 5.1.04 release introduces a range of enhancements and fixes across FAST applications: FASTAR: Added a Department filter to the GAR Aged Receivables report and enabled an [ATTN] placeholder for invoice email bodies, configurable via Administration settings. FASTBUDGET: Removed the mandatory Chart and Fiscal Year selection from the opening page, moving these to page-level filters. Introduced flexible benefit rounding options FASTHR: Enhanced Employee Details and Leave History reports with new columns and indicators. Improved logic for job earnings data refresh, and expanded Payroll Deduction and Employee Mail List reports with additional columns. FASTRESEARCH: Fiscal period lists are now limited by chart and exclude period 14 for data entry pages. FASTSTUDENT: Multiple upgrades, including new options for course institutional definitions, expanded high school address fields, a new Student AR Invoice Summary report, added fee code information, and new columns for degree records and admissions checklist. Faculty & Student Info: Faculty Workload and General Student Info reports now include new date and advisor columns, with Academic History and Registration Records reports gaining additional filters and columns. Global Changes: Improved Report Scheduler reliability and email formatting (HTML line breaks). Updated minimum server requirements to Oracle 19c and Windows Server 2019.
