Extend the Width of a Filter

Are some filter dropdowns just not wide enough for you to read the entire text? Don't worry, you can easily adjust the width! In most filters, an administrator has the ability to extend the width of the drop-down text. Here's how you can do it if you have the required security: 1. Access the report administration tab: This is where you'll find all the settings you need. 2. Expand the Filter Options section: Look for the filter you want to adjust. 3. Check the Edit column: If you see a pencil icon, it means you can edit the filter. 4. Click the pencil icon: This will open the Edit Filter Option. 5. Enter a new value in the Control Width field: The higher the pixel value, the wider the filter dropdown will be. You might need to experiment a bit to find the perfect width. 6. Save your changes: Don't forget to save! 7. Reload the page: This will apply the changes, and your filter dropdown should now be resized to your preference.
